30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all our products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Simply contact our customer support team , and we’ll guide you through the return process.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Please note that for sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used CBD products.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team to notify us of your intent to return the product.
- Our team will provide you with the necessary instructions and a return authorization number (RMA) if applicable.
- Carefully package the item and include the RMA number if provided.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.
Return Shipping Costs
While we do not cover the cost of return shipping for general dissatisfaction, if the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.), we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
